Senior Meta Growth Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Meta Growth Specialist to lead our Meta Ads strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Meta performance marketing strategy end-to-end
• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
• Run A/B tests and experiment with creatives, placements, and targeting
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing assets
• Stay ahead of Meta trends and algorithm changes

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of scaling ROAS-positive Meta campaigns
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion APIs
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
