Senior MERN Stack Developer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer sought to join a dynamic development team. Your primary responsibility will involve building modern, scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your passion for technology, ability to write clean and efficient code, and capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions is crucial. You will be expected to write reusable, testable, and efficient code, optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot and debug applications, integrate RESTful APIs, and adhere to best practices for software development. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is necessary. Proficiency in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, hands-on experience with Redux or similar state management libraries, and familiarity with RESTful API design and integration are required. Additionally, knowledge of Git, Docker, and Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
