Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Lead specializing in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in full-stack JavaScript development, microservices architecture, cloud deployment, and modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, architect, and deliver complex full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and high-quality code reviews.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers; foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Drive technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full-stack development and recommend tools and technologies to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven expertise in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong experience building scalable, secure, and performant RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Redux.
• Experience with database design, indexing, and performance tuning for MongoDB.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Strong knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex problems and lead solution implementation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
