Job Title: Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the complete order cycle for our fashion house. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between clients, design, production, and finishing teams to deliver high-quality garments on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all orders received and ensure correct execution from start to finish.
• Translate design concepts and provide designs/requirements to the production team.
• Manage the entire order lifecycle from receiving the order to its dispatch.
• Coordinate closely with karigars, tailors, and artisans to track order progress.
• Ensure timely completion of each piece and on-time delivery to the client.
• Check quality and finishing before dispatching the final garment.
• Take accurate notes of any alterations required and follow through until completed.
• Maintain order sheets, timelines, and production schedules.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to avoid delays or errors.
• Troubleshoot any production issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a merchandiser in a reputed fashion house.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work with karigars and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
