Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Certified Medical Coder at Elico Healthcare Services Ltd., ensuring accurate coding of medical records, compliance with coding guidelines, and revenue optimization. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing patient records, assigning appropriate codes, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to clarify information. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring coding accuracy and staying updated with coding regulations and standards.
