Senior Medical Biller

As a Senior Medical Biller, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, with a preference for candidates with Home Health billing experience. - Proficient in following up on claims with commercial and managed care insurance companies. - Experience with Home Health Denial Management is a plus. - Must be comfortable working during night shifts to accommodate US business hours. - Ensuring that the quality and productivity align with industry standards. - Maintaining thorough tracking of both electronic and paper claims. - Reviewing claims from healthcare providers that have not been settled by insurance companies. - Monitoring for any significant rejections or denials from clearing houses or carriers that may indicate systemic problems. Your qualifications must include: - A minimum of an undergraduate degree (or equivalent). - Basic understanding of the revenue cycle management process. - Solid knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system (provider side). - Proficiency in using computers and basic office software. - Willingness to work according to US calendar and shift timings. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
