Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Faculty in Mechanical Engineering to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 12-22 years of teaching experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Deliver high-quality lectures in Mechanical Engineering subjects at ITI, Diploma, or Engineering level.
Guide students in academic projects, workshops, and practical training.
Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and examination papers as per curriculum requirements.
Ensure effective student engagement, mentoring, and career guidance.
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methodologies.
Conduct lab sessions, supervise workshops, and ensure proper utilization of resources.

Job Requirements

Strong subject knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
Experience in handling academic administration and student development.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques.
Ability to stay updated with the latest industry practices and integrate them into teaching.
A B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
