• Develop assembly-level designs for robotic welding fixtures and positioners.
• Review and validate drawings prepared by junior engineers for accuracy, GD&T compliance,
and manufacturability.
• Conduct engineering calculations to verify design integrity, strength, and functionality.
• Assess pneumatic circuits, motors, gearboxes, and standard elements proposed by juniors.
• Collaborate with Assistant Manager, manufacturing, and project teams to meet requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers with technical guidance and feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with company safety and quality standards.
• Prepare design documentation, review notes, and progress reports.
