Senior MDM Specialist – Microsoft Intune (L3 Support)

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mobile Device Management MDM Specialist with 10 years of deep expertise in Microsoft Intune to join our IT Infrastructure team
• This role involves advanced troubleshooting policy design and strategic implementation of mobile and endpoint management solutions across the enterprise

Key Responsibilities:

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• Provide L3 support for Microsoft Intune and related MDM technologies
• Design implement and maintain Intune policies for Windows iOS Android and macOS devices
• Manage device enrollment compliance policies conditional access and application deployment
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to device configuration app deployment and user access
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant device management
• Monitor and optimize Intune performance reporting and analytics
• Lead Intune migration projects and contribute to enterprise mobility strategy
• Document technical procedures configurations and best practices
• Mentor L1 L2 support teams and provide knowledge transfer

Technical Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in MDM EMM using Microsoft Intune
• Having knowledge on JAMF and other leading MDM products will be considered as added advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager SCCM integration and co management
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager Android Enterprise and Windows Autopilot
• Excellent problem solving communication and documentation skills
