Senior Master Data Administrator

As a Senior Master Data Administrator with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve following defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of performance against all assigned Master data processes and key categories. - Being accountable for the quality and accuracy of the data. - Planning and prioritizing workload to ensure accurate delivery within specified timelines. - Ensuring timely and accurate updates of all master data records. - Maintaining the SLA of each period and delivery performance. - Maintaining and clearing reports on time. - Updating and maintaining Product master data in SAP as per business input and SOP. - Having a basic understanding of SAP MM & SD module commercial structures and Category/Product Hierarchies. - Highlighting and seeking appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues. - Raising incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when issues arise. - Participating in idea generation and improvement activities. - Comprehending incoming and outgoing data flows for SAP master data. - Having good knowledge of governing policies around Product data in the area of work. - Updating and maintaining departmental procedures (SOPs), tools, and metrics for the master data team. - Ensuring all Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met. - Ensuring adherence to the company's master data business rules, policies, and procedures, and supporting special projects as needed. - Identifying areas for data quality and process improvements and helping to resolve data quality problems through error detection and correction, process control, improvement, or process design strategies. - Aligning data management processes in the business value chains and process areas. - Having a continuous improvement mindset and supporting improvement projects from a data perspective.,
