Position: Senior Marketing Specialist - YouTube Ads Marketing & Industry Advocacy Location: Delhi, India About the role: The India YouTube Ads Marketing and Industry Advocacy team's ambition is to position YouTube as the #1 platform of choice for video budgets & AI-solutions by creating actionable thought leadership. This involves transcending buying channels and altering limiting perceptions to establish YouTube as the Future of Video. Responsibilities: - Inspire and educate Google's customers, agencies, and the Industry on YouTube's products and services. - Own and manage the Think with Google content strategy, calendar, and execution in collaboration with local content owners and APAC editorial team. - Organize events (Virtual and In-Person) to bring together advertisers and agencies, supporting the growth of top advertisers. - Drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, collaborate with regional and local Marketing teams, and engage with external partners for project management. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of brand marketing experience with strong project management skills. - Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple functions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment with an entrepreneurial approach. - Proficiency in spoken and written English and presentation communication. - Passion for AI, digital video, and new technologies, with a desire to learn and understand AI tools. - Understanding and knowledge of AI tools are beneficial, with the critical ability to learn and digest the benefits and features of AI tools.
