Job Title: Marketing Specialist - YouTube Ads Marketing & Industry Advocacy Location: Mumbai, India About the role: The India YouTube Ads Marketing and Industry Advocacy team's ambition is to position YouTube as the #1 platform of choice for video budgets & AI-solutions, focusing on becoming the Future of Video by creating actionable thought leadership and transcending buying channels and limiting perceptions. What you will be doing: - Inspiring and educating Google's customers, agencies, and the industry with YouTube's products and services. - Owning and managing the Think with Google content strategy, calendar, and execution in collaboration with local content owners and the APAC editorial team. - Managing virtual and in-person events that bring together advertisers and agencies to support the growth of top advertisers across markets. - Driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders from sales, Go-to-Market teams, PR, and collaborating with regional and local Marketing teams. - Working with external partners to project manage deliverables and planned outcomes. What you need to be great in this role: - 1-3 years of brand marketing experience with strong project management skills to maintain deliverables, timelines, reporting, and measurement metrics. - Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to connect across multiple functions. - Capacity to work in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment with an entrepreneurial approach. - Excellent spoken and written English and presentation communication skills. - Passion for and curiosity about AI, digital video, and new technologies. - Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and understand the benefits and features of AI tools is critical.,
