Job Description

You will be joining Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., a renowned electrical and automation brand in India with a notable legacy of over 70 years. The company provides a wide range of products including low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services for various sectors such as homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry. We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager - Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to be based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should hold a BE degree in Electronics, Electronics-communication, or Industrial with 5-10 years of experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing electronics hardware, testing, power supply design, analog & digital circuit design, EMI-EMC filter design, heatsink calculations, component selections, knowledge of various standards, PCB layout understanding, and familiarity with communication protocols and reliability testing. Key Functional Competencies required for this role are Embedded Hardware Design, EMI/EMC standard understanding, and Simulation skills. Additionally, desired overall skills include effective communication, being a team player as well as an individual contributor, creativity, and openness to learning.
