Senior Manager/Manager, GTM Strategy and Planning

In this role at Whatfix's Revenue Operations department, you will join the GTM Strategy and Planning team as a future strategy-focused leader. Your primary responsibility will be managing and executing strategic projects critical to the company's growth and success. You will collaborate with CxOs and GTM Functional Leaders to ensure alignment with overall company goals, reporting to the GTM Strategy & Planning Lead. Your contribution will be vital in driving efficiency and growth within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute strategic projects to drive company growth and success - Collaborate with various teams and leaders to gather information and ensure alignment with company goals - Conduct primary and secondary research to implement best-of-breed processes - Analyze data to provide actionable metrics and visualizations for executive decision-making - Maintain strong communication skills, both oral and written, utilizing tools like Loom for asynchronous communication - Operate as an individual contributor with minimal oversight, maintaining urgency and clarity in your work - Demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Looker, and G Suite Qualifications Required: - Possess 5+ years of experience working in strategy and operations teams of B2B SaaS organizations, or 2+ years of experience in a Tier-1 Consulting firm - Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations - Strong understanding of business, quantitative, and financial fundamentals At Whatfix, the company values collaboration, innovation, and human connection.
