Senior Manager - Wholesale

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and implementing deployment under the Wholesale lending vertical at Credit Saison India. This includes identifying potential partners across asset classes, conducting preliminary analysis and due diligence, negotiating commercial terms, preparing CAMs and financial analysis, coordinating with partners, and conducting quarterly monitoring processes. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential partners under the Wholesale lending vertical across different asset classes. - Conduct preliminary analysis of potential partners to finalize the due diligence process. - Lead the due diligence process on potential partners. - Close commercial negotiations with partners while maintaining yield and revenue targets. - Prepare Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) and financial analysis for wholesale partners in a timely manner and present them to the Credit Committee members. - Coordinate with partners regularly to deepen relationships and build the brand of KSF among them. - Conduct quarterly monitoring processes for the partners. Qualification Required: - Background in the financial services industry, with 5-7 years of experience in lending to financial services and corporates. - Experience in building new alliances and growing business volumes by developing long-lasting relationships with partners.,
