As a Senior Manager - Strategy & Partnerships for our globally recognized U.S. based client specializing in warehousing solutions, your role will involve championing strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for new products and services. You will be responsible for defining competitive market requirements, managing relationships with third parties, and developing marketing messages to position firm offerings effectively. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and IT teams will be crucial in defining integrated service offerings and delivery methodologies. **Responsibilities:** - **Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership:** - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and service offerings. - Ensure a deep understanding of product capabilities and translate technical features into clear, compelling value propositions by partnering with engineering and IT teams. - Manage the cross-functional launch process, aligning internal and external stakeholders on timelines, messaging, and success metrics. - **Product & Market Strategy:** - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy as the voice of the customer and the market within the organization. - Identify and define new market opportunities, competitive advantages, and potential areas for product innovation. - Influence the product roadmap based on market needs, competitive intelligence, and business objectives in collaboration with product management. - **Messaging, Positioning & Content:** - Craft differentiated and compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas and key stakeholders. - Develop sales enablement tools and content, such as presentations, data sheets, case studies, and battle cards, to support the sales team effectively. - Create thought leadership content like whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars to establish the company as an industry leader. - **Partnership Management & Co-Marketing:** - Identify, evaluate, and forge strategic partnerships with third-party organizations. - Develop joint value propositions and integrated service offerings with partners to expand market reach and create new revenue opportunities. - Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, including joint webinars, events, and content, to drive mutual business success. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the sales organization to ensure a smooth feedback loop and effective lead hand-off. - Collaborate with marketing counterparts (demand generation, brand) to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution. - Present to executive leadership on market trends, product performance, and strategic initiatives.
