Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Professional Leader to manage and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Billing projects. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of SaaS-based financial operations and CRM innovation in a collaborative culture alongside seasoned Salesforce professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Billing implementations, from requirements to deployment and post-support.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Billing including pricing, product catalog, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and business teams to optimize workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce Billing with systems for contracts, payments, tax, financials, and product usage.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards.
• Mentor the development team and manage deliverables in agile environments using Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years on Salesforce platform with deep Salesforce Billing expertise.
• Knowledge of SaaS usage-based billing, integration architectures, and Salesforce customizations.
• Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Experience with Workday ERP or other financial platforms is a plus.
