Senior Manager (Sales)

The group is currently focused on Shimla where it is developing 3 projects (10 lac sq ft) offering an entire range of products to the buyers - from plots to apartments to ultraluxury villas. The group is forever looking for talent to manage and fuel its growth. In Sales & Marketing, we are looking for ambitious professionals for the role of Manager (Sales). The position is based in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales function, i.e., managing calls on leads given by marketing department for maximizing site visits by the clients, handling sites visits and playing meaningful role in closing deals.
• Mentoring and guiding a team of assistant manager /telesalses executives

Key prerequisites:

About 5 years' experience in telesales/sales in real estate companies

Compensation : No bar for right candidate; Upto 12 lac per annum
