Job Description

As a Senior Manager at Palo Alto Networks, you will lead a team to provide support and shared services, focusing on driving key programs, optimizing processes, and enhancing value for internal sellers, partners, and distributors. Your expertise in sales operations and program management will directly contribute to the operational excellence and business growth of the company. - Drive efficiency and process optimization across high-velocity business operations. - Improve Quoting-to-Bill process, Sales Systems utilization, Sales Desk functionality, Partner support mechanisms, Bid Response workflows, and Shared Services engagements. - Develop critical reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards. - Use data analytics to identify trends, predict outcomes, and address operational gaps for continuous improvement. - Architect robust process documentation, standards, and best practices. - Design training programs to ensure consistent adoption of operational procedures. - Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive operational alignment. - Ensure consistent delivery of Service Level Agreements while adhering to compliance requirements. - Identify and implement strategic improvements in operational efficiency. - Collaborate with teams to drive enhanced business performance through data-driven insights. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Business Operations. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and Funnel Management Tools. - Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve inefficiencies. - Mission-driven with a team player approach and desire to make an impact. - Hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, and statistical modeling. - Previous experience as a business partner to sales and other functional teams. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders. - Background in Sales Operations/Finance with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.,
