We are currently seeking a Regional Controlling Senior Manager for Vishay Components India Pvt. Ltd. based in Pune, India. As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance controlling team and efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal and external financial, tax, and statutory matters of Vishay Components India Pvt Ltd and Vishay Semiconductor India Pvt Ltd - Managing a team of professionals in Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and business analysis - Providing assistance, direction, and support in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting - Implementing financial systems and procedures to support management decision-making - Establishing and administering business controls to minimize risk - Ensuring legal and statutory compliance - Reviewing budget/forecast proposals and managing submissions - Supporting Regional and Corporate Controlling in compliance with US regulations - Handling internal and external audits - Representing the finance function in the development and implementation of transactional and reporting systems **Qualifications and Experience:** - Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position - Experience in a multinational company environment - Solid knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), SOX, and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) - Experience with SAP and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) - Proficiency in India statutory accounting policies and tax laws - Company Secretary qualification is preferred - Willingness to travel as required **What We Offer:** Vishay provides a comprehensive suite of benefit programs, including health care coverage, to support your personal and professional goals.
