Senior Manager-R2R - Treasury-Record to Report-Process Ops

The Senior Manager - Treasury Mid Office, reporting to the Deputy General Manager, is responsible for managing Treasury Mid-office functions including Investments, Daily Cash transfers, Enet Banking, Automation, Bank Guarantee, and Factoring. The key responsibilities include MTM valuation of FX and Commodity deals for accounts closing, reconciliation of MTM with counterparties, Mutual Funds NAV update and Transfer Pricing, Hedge Documentation, and Regulatory Compliances such as UFCE, Covenant compliance, Commodity certifications, and Hedge documentation. The role also involves overseeing the issuance/extension of Bank Guarantee within the defined TAT, reviewing underlying documents and clauses from a Legal perspective, ensuring completion, and coordinating with business, Treasury, and Banks personnel for any queries related to BG and its invocation and Disputed BG. Additionally, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the preparation of MIS reports, including NFB Limits and Open ended cases. The ideal candidate for this role should have functional knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, exhibit leadership behaviors of ownership and accountability, hold a Masters in Commerce/ICWA/CA Inter qualification, possess language proficiency in English and Hindi, and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. This position requires strong skills and competencies in SAP FI to effectively carry out the responsibilities associated with managing Treasury Mid-office functions and ensuring regulatory compliance.,
