Senior Manager Quantum Cybersecurity

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Cryptography Architect with 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating advanced cryptographic systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across classical cryptography, postquantum cryptography (PQC), and quantum cryptography, with the ability to architect secure, scalable, and futureproof solutions for enterprisegrade environments. This role requires strong technical leadership, handson engineering capability, and the ability to guide the organization through the transition to quantumresilient security.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 10+ years of handson experience in applied cryptography, cryptographic engineering, or security architecture
• Strong expertise in classical cryptography including AES, RSA, ECC, SHA2/3, HMAC, and secure protocol design (TLS, IPsec, SSH)
• Deep understanding of cryptanalysis techniques, sidechannel vulnerabilities, and secure implementation practices
• Extensive experience with postquantum cryptography (PQC), including NISTstandardized algorithms such as Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon, and SPHINCS+
• Proven ability to design, evaluate, and deploy hybrid classical–PQC cryptographic schemes
• Experience planning and executing PQC migration strategies for enterprisescale systems
• Strong understanding of global PQC standards including NIST, ETSI, and ISO.
• Practical knowledge of quantum cryptography, including Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), quantumsafe communication protocols, and quantum threat modeling
• Experience with key management systems (KMS, HSMs, PKI) and secure keyexchange mechanisms
• Strong programming proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Go, Python, or Java, with experience integrating cryptographic libraries into production systems
• Experience conducting protocol reviews, threat modeling, and cryptographic security assessments
• Solid mathematical foundation in number theory, algebra, latticebased cryptography, and complexity theory
• Demonstrated contributions to cryptographic research, opensource libraries, or standards bodies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex cryptographic concepts to engineering and leadership teams
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions across crossfunctional groups
• Ability to develop various PoCs related to quantum cyber tools, solutions, etc
• Good presentation skills and consulting skills to understand the problem statement and build the solution around it
