Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor systems, investigate logs, and troubleshoot Windows and virtual environments.
Resolve issues using KEDB and escalate complex problems to L3 SME if unresolved.
Maintain process compliance by documenting steps, creating shift handover reports, and tracking SLAs.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure ticket resolution and communication.

Job Requirements:

Graduation in Engineering or Science
Certification in Windows Server Admin or Virtualization (e.g., OS 201, VMware 201)
Strong knowledge of patching, scripting, and storage configuration
Experience in ITIL-aligned support processes and project-based environments
