What You'll Be Doing:
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of validation engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Driving quality improvement efforts for Synopsys's PrimeTime tool by analyzing requirements, specifications, and customer use cases.
- Collaborating with R&D, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute comprehensive validation plans aligned with the technical roadmap.
- Defining and managing the scope, schedule, and risks associated with validation objectives to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Performing in-depth root cause analysis of customer issues to identify product weaknesses and executing proactive testing strategies for continuous quality enhancement.
- Providing technical recommendations and troubleshooting guidance to resolve issues and ensure product readiness for customer deployment.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address potential validation challenges.
- Analyzing validation data, identifying trends and discrepancies, and driving actionable improvements.
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to multi-functional teams and management to inform decision-making.

What You'll Need:
- Deep domain expertise in Static Timing Analysis, including hands-on experience with Synopsys PrimeTime.
- Strong background in timing analysis, ECO flows, extraction, power, SDC constraints, advanced OCV concepts, derates, PBA timing, distributed and hierarchical STA flows, and/or physical design closure.
- Proficiency in software and scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, and Python for automation and debugging.
- Exceptional debugging and analytical skills, capable of resolving complex technical issues.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a B.Tech (or equivalent), or 10 years with an M.Tech (or equivalent).
- Experience mentoring and managing technical teams, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational, risk assessment, mitigation, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to abstract technical details and convey meaningful conclusions.
