Senior Manager Product Tooling & Data

As a Senior Manager Product Tooling & Data (Data Focused) in the Group Investment Management (GIM) Team, your role is crucial in utilizing data science and analytics to support the team's work efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively measure and predict program execution risk using machine learning and AI. This will involve developing early warning risk indicators to draw senior leadership management attention to areas of the portfolio at risk of not meeting planned benefits or requiring additional financial dedication. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models to predict program delivery risks and financial overruns. - Integrate generated insights into existing dashboards and visualizations for effective communication with senior leadership. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Clean, preprocess, and integrate data from various sources such as internal databases and APIs. - Contribute to the development of Group-wide delivery framework and assurance standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML to enhance risk prediction and decision-making. - Support the annual investment planning process with data-driven analysis and scenario planning. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python or R with experience in libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc. - Experience in LLM prompt engineering for feature extraction from unstructured data. - Strong SQL and data wrangling skills, including ETL processes. - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. - Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a business context. - Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences using visualization tools like Tableau, matplotlib. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and enterprise program management tools like Clarity, Asana, JIRA. - Knowledge of SAP ERP and Workday systems data. - Experience in financial services or program delivery environments. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
