Senior Manager Product Engineering

As a Senior Manager - Product Engineering at HSBC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, execution, and commercialization of the GPS Service Gen AI Roadmap. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a dedicated GPS Service AI Product Owner, working closely with the AI delivery specialist to drive the roadmap forward - Supporting the strategy around AI Knowledge management and governance, collaborating with teams in CMB for effective delivery - Identifying, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions tailored to service needs, ranging from intelligent automation to agentic AI use cases - Collaborating to enable quick turn around on new POCs, focusing on data perspective for overall delivery - Managing content related to AI & Data in the knowledge management space and developing a framework for information evergreening - Supporting the execution and commercialization of the GPS Service Gen AI Roadmap Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent data analytical skills - Proficiency in business analysis and data management - Experience in knowledge and data management with set governance and strategy - Knowledge of automation with data solutions is an added advantage - Practical experience in major business transformation with global project management experience - Global and innovative mindset with strong communication, organizational, decision-making, lateral thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Collaborative and inclusive nature, ability to work well with others and leverage available resources - Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills to handle multiple large-scale responsibilities - Proven ability to formulate, disseminate, implement, and drive strategic initiatives across the Service organization - Knowledge of global and regional/country regulatory landscape and ability to assess the impact of proposed changes in line with risk aspects and regulatory rules is a plus - Highly motivated & self-driven to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives Join HSBC and discover how valued you'll be as you contribute to the growth and success of a leading banking and financial services organization.,
