JD for External Manufacturing - Process Engineering

Role & responsibilities:

1. Identify 3rd parties for execution of Scaleup and manufacturing projects
2. Identify 3rd parties with different capabilities
3. Facility visit and Preliminary facility assessment report covering all the capabilities
4. To co- ordinate with safety and quality team for audit and approval
5. To co -ordinate between 3rd party and internal legal team to finalize CDA
6. SWOT analysis of 3rd party
7. Statutory and Legal compliance of 3rd party - confirmation from SCM to be co ordinated
8. Collection of last 3 years audited finance report and to share with finance team to understand the financial stability of the organization
9. To Co-ordinate with project team to finalize the 3rd party and modification requirement
10. To Co-ordinate with SCM, Ware House, PPIC, finance for Job work permit and material movement
11. Continues monitoring of projects while execution
12. To Co -ordinate with execution team and 3rd party to validate the consumption co efficient, reactor/equipment occupancy and Spent solvent

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : B.tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Experience : PE/TAT + handling external manufacturing with 8-12 years experience
