Role & responsibilities

roduction Planning & Scheduling

Expertise in job order planning, capacity utilization, machine loading, and achieving on-time delivery targets.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Skilled in raw material forecasting, inventory optimization, and coordination with purchase and stores departments.

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis

Proficient in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing KPIs, and identifying variances for process

improvement

ERP/SAP Proficiency

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or custom MIS tools for production and inventory tracking.

Foundry Process Knowledge

Strong understanding of casting operations, process flow, production constraints, and quality checkpoints.

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis

Responsible for preparing and submitting daily production reports; proficient in creating weekly/monthly summaries, KPI dashboards, and performing variance analysis to support decision-making.

Coordination & Communication

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, maintenance, and

dispatch Lean Manufacturing & Cost Control

Knowledge and implementation of lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. A

Customer Order & Dispatch Planning

Skilled in managing customer requirements, aligning schedules with production capabilities, and ensuring timely

dispatch
