Senior Manager IT Infrastructure Audit

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional to support and manage an

IT Infrastructure Audit Project

involving the assessment, verification, and documentation of

hardware assets

across multiple locations. The role requires coordination between field audit teams, IT departments, and client teams to ensure the accurate mapping, tagging, and reconciliation of all IT assets as per defined standards and timelines.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring

data accuracy, process compliance, and comprehensive reporting

of audit outcomes. The role may also require travel within India.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Coordination
• Assist in developing the audit plan, scope, and schedule for IT and non-IT hardware infrastructure (servers, desktops, laptops, network devices, etc.).
• Coordinate with field teams for asset verification, physical inspection, and data collection.
• Ensure adherence to audit checklists, data formats, and quality protocols.
• IT Asset Data Collection & Verification
• Conduct, supervise and validate the physical audit and tagging of hardware assets.
• Reconcile audit findings with the existing inventory records.
• Identify discrepancies such as missing, assets.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Track audit progress and ensure coverage as per plan.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and exception summaries for management review.
• Highlight risk areas, delays, or anomalies in asset data promptly.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with all the team members and client teams.
• Ensure timely communication of updates, validations, and approvals.
• Conduct and support audits, client presentations, and compliance reporting.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain detailed documentation including asset registers, audit logs, discrepancy reports, and verification certificates.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and data integrity guidelines.
• Support post-audit data management process.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 46 years of experience in IT asset management, infrastructure audit.
• Good understanding of IT hardware components, network equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Expertise in Excel, Word, Power point, for data analysis and reporting.
