Senior Manager- HRO solutions

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for analyzing client HR processes to identify opportunities for outsourcing or process improvement. You will work closely with technology and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in developing new offerings and products in the HRO space and creating go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Sales team. You should have experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and Proposals in the HRO domain, particularly across the Hire to Retire spectrum. Expertise in effort estimation, productivity assessment, and RFP response approaches will be crucial for success in this role. A good understanding of current trends in the HRO industry, knowledge of new-age technologies, and how technology can be leveraged to enhance overall solutions will also be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client HR processes to identify outsourcing or process improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility. - Develop new offerings and products in the HRO space. - Co-create go-to-market strategies with the Sales team. - Handle RFPs, RFIs, and Proposals in the HRO domain. - Provide expertise in effort estimation, productivity assessment, and RFP response approaches. - Stay updated on current trends in the HRO industry and new-age technologies. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Experience in end-to-end solution designing. - Experience in BPM HRO Solution Design or Operations space. - Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor's Degree. - Prior experience in HR transformation and HRO solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
