Key Responsibilities:

Lead HCC coding delivery and manage large-scale coding operations
Ensure adherence to SLA, accuracy, productivity, and quality targets
Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Handle client communication, business reviews, and stakeholder management
Monitor coding performance, dashboards, KPIs, and manage escalations
Support internal & external audits and compliance requirements
Mentor and develop managers, team leads, and senior coders
Lead transitions, ramp-ups, and new project implementations
