Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process
(Domestic voice process experience will not be considered, Non voice experience also not considered )
Handle international customer calls, experience in handling US & UK clients to provide excellent customer support.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with their inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Act as a point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Preferring Immediate joiners & 15days of notice is acceptable
