Senior Manager- Financial Reporting

As a Senior Manager - Finance Reporting at Prudential Health India, in partnership with the HCL group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of the Risk Department. Your responsibilities will involve identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within the organization. Reporting to the Head of Finance and located in Mumbai, you will be a key player in establishing and managing financial reporting frameworks aligned with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and IRDA regulations. This role requires a strategic finance professional with 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting within the health insurance industry. Your expertise in Indian GAAP, IFRS, and IRDA frameworks, along with strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills, will be essential in developing scalable financial processes, ensuring compliance with statutory audits, and driving financial efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting frameworks, developing scalable financial processes, ensuring compliance with audits, implementing cost-control measures, preparing financial reports for investors and regulators, conducting variance analysis and forecasting, and identifying automation opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals will also be a part of your role. Your qualifications should include a CA/ICWA qualification and knowledge of regulatory transitions like Ind AS and IFRS. Skills required for this role include analytical skills, problem-solving skills, data handling expertise, and knowledge of IRDAI requirements.
