Senior Manager Finance & Account

As a Finance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial activities and providing strategic insights for business planning. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing financial statements (quarterly, annual) and MIS dashboards for management and investors - Analyzing budgets, financial data, cash flows, and providing insights for business planning - Ensuring financial data accuracy and collaborating with cross-functional teams for budget planning - Managing the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and development - Handling relationships with external partners like banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Full ownership and accountability, with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the organization - CA or ICWA certification is mandatory - At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in fintech, banks, microfinance, or NBFC - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis - Experience in financial operations management, budgeting, forecasting, and planning - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in team management and development Your expertise in financial planning, forecasting, MS-Excel, finance, and financial analysis will be invaluable in driving the company's financial success.,
