Senior Manager Finance & Account

As a Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve: - Preparing financial statements (quarterly, annual) and MIS dashboards for management and investors - Preparing and analyzing budgets, financial data, cash flows, and providing insights for business planning - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and budget planning - Managing the finance and accounting team, which includes hiring, training, and developing the team - Managing relationships with external partners such as banks and NBFCs, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies Qualifications required for this role include: - Full ownership and accountability, being instrumental in building the organization and growing with it for a leadership role - Mandatory qualification of CA or ICWA - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in fintech, banks, microfinance, or NBFC - Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets - Experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in managing and developing a team If you are looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your financial planning, financial forecasting, MS-Excel, finance, and financial analysis skills, then this position is ideal for you.,
