Publicis Sapient is looking for Senior Manager Experience Engineering – Mobile Application Development to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across different industries. Your Impact:

• Understands client business domain and drive Digital Business Transformation (DBT) opportunity end to end

• Drive architecture, design, estimation, planning, and collaborate with the client to implement and take solutions to production.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers, engineers, or operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery of mobile projects.

• Coach, mentor, and guide product engineering culture and own people growth.

• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the mobile ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Provide strategic guidance on mobile architecture, frameworks, and tools (primarily on iOS, Android and optionally on hybrid frameworks like Flutter or React Native).

• Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance mobile performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide the team in resolving technical challenges.

• Stakeholder Communication.

• Act as the primary point of contact for mobile-related initiatives, presenting updates, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, or clients to align mobile efforts with business needs.

• Translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Executed database DDL, DML, modeling, managed transactional scenarios & Isolation levels and experience with NoSQL and SQL based DBs in the past.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Thorough understanding of working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban
• Technologies – Proficient in 1 object-oriented programming language. Unit testing tools Junit or equivalent. Grip on JSON, YAML and XML parsing and manipulations.
• Understanding of web DOM, relational and non-relational database technologies. Shell scripting and Unix commands.
• Knowledge & experience in Microservices and automated integration testing.
