Senior Manager, Engineering

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in our dynamic product development team, you will collaborate with technical team members, management, and customer support teams. You will have the opportunity to manage teams and design & develop services utilized across product lines. Your responsibilities will include providing technical deliveries and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to the team daily through various processes, fostering cross teams and internal collaboration. - Offer technical guidance to the team to build scalable services and applications optimized for the best customer experience, with considerations for scale, performance, security, and availability. - Lead efforts to requirement, design, architect, and write software components. - Report the status and quality of team deliverables. - Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications and processes. - Support the diagnosis of complex developmental & operational problems and improvements. - Engage team members in career development. - Collaborate with global stakeholders and business partners for product delivery and improvements. - Follow company software development processes and standards. - Unblock team members from a technical and solutioning perspective. - Provide support and assistance for production outage. - Support the hiring needs for the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 14+ years of software product development experience. - Experience in building and managing development teams with multiple technologies. - Experience in design and development with Java or .Net(C#) is a must. - Experience with at least one more other language like NodeJS or Python. - Experience in enterprise web-based application technologies and corresponding protocols. - Different Application framework experience. - Experience with at least one public cloud AWS, GCP, Azure (AWS preferred) and Exposure to serverless. - Solid understanding of security concerns for web-based applications. - Good understanding of REST architectural style, Microservices concepts and technologies. - Proficiency in different development, integration, and QA tools. - Strong experience with database concepts (Relational and non-relational). - Good to have exposure to other tools and technologies: Docker, Pipeline, Terraform, Queuing, Caching. - Able to contribute on the above-mentioned technologies when needed.,
