Senior Manager, EMS

As a highly experienced professional with over 12 years of practical experience in operating, analyzing, and debugging complex LINUX based systems, you will be responsible for leading software development teams and building a highly performing team. Your expertise in C/C++/Python/Golang development of high-performance, real-time applications on Linux systems will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your in-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems internals, administration, and networking will be essential for success. You will be managing a team of 15+ engineers, providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the SMO/EMS team. Your role will involve developing and integrating SMO/EMS software for high-performance applications running on the edge, as well as facilitating the deployment of cellular infrastructure applications on cloud-based X86 & ARM platforms. In this position, you will be expected to develop, maintain, and deliver cross-platform Linux distributions for various platforms and CPU architectures. You will also lead cross-team platform integration activities, define and execute integration test plans, and support product delivery activities and PoCs (Proof of Concept). Your role will also involve evaluating product performance and defining and resolving short and long-term stability challenges to achieve a highly optimized and stable product.
