Key Responsibilities

Build and execute internal communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation.
Manage employee engagement events and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms.
Collaborate with HR to drive employer branding and highlight business milestones.
Create and edit content for newsletters, digital platforms, and social media.
Partner with agencies for creative, social media, and event management.
Track and report the impact of communication initiatives.

Key Requirements

8-12 years of experience in internal/corporate communications.
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Excellent written and spoken English strong storytelling ability.
Hands-on experience with digital tools, social media, and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven event management experience.
Creative, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
