Senior Manager -Embedded Hardware

As an Embedded Hardware Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the hardware development, diagnostics requirement definition, failure analysis, and base software support. Your role will involve finalizing hardware designs, preparing diagnostic documents, selecting hardware components, and analyzing benchmark reports. You will also contribute to the development of technology roadmaps for powertrain components and support new technology development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Finalizing hardware designs and diagnostics for fast charging in VECU. - Creating functional description documents and HW design specifications. - Selecting hardware components such as ECUs, inverters, and motors. - Developing DVP for powertrain components and conducting failure analysis. - Defining diagnostic specifications as per UDSTechnology Roadmap. - Analyzing benchmark reports and preparing technology roadmaps. - Supporting the tracking of new technology development projects. - Designing and developing electronic control boards and driver software. - Developing and testing diagnostics software. - Collaborating on BSW interface development for ASW integration. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: B.Tech/ M Tech in Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical. - Experience: 3 to 8 years in Embedded Hardware Design. Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in hardware/software architecture. - Experience with software testing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups. - Knowledge of functional safety requirements management.,
