BookMyShow is India's biggest entertainment company. We are the go to entertainment platform for millions of transacting users who watch movies and out of home entertainment. We also produce and manage the biggest music events, live performances, sports, plays across India such as Lollapalooza, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bandland, Guns N Roses, U2, Cirque De Soleil, Indian Premier League and others. Our rocketship (BookMyShow) launched in 2007, owned and operated by Big Tree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (founded in 1999) and we are travelling at breakneck speed as we grow across India.

From the wild ecstasy of Lollapalooza to the soulful strains of Coldplay, the fiery chords of Ed Sheeran, the rebellious anthems of Guns N Roses, the celestial hymns of U2, the whimsical enchantment of Cirque du Soleil, and the roaring fervor of the Indian Premier League, we orchestrate a pantheon of experiences that dazzle the subcontinent. Your Profile

  1. To drive entire cost of production for live events/concerts within budget
  2. Build long term partners / vendors for all the required elements.
  3. Preparation of budget and MIS on monthly basis / project basis
  4. Drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of contracts (various: including formal,
    short form, and annual contracts)
  5. Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all
    contract correspondence, contact information database, contractual changes, statusreports and other documents for all projects.

Your Checklist

  1. Worked for minimum 11+ years in the finance commercial team for live events / IP events.
  2. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and market dynamics.
  3. Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective commercial plans.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving cost & delivery targets
