As a Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics at Indegene, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and building advanced analytics solutions to meet the needs of our top pharmaceutical clients. You will lead a high-performing team of data analysts and data scientists, working towards delivering cutting-edge data-driven commercial solutions powered by AI/ML. Collaboration with commercial teams, brand teams, marketing, tech teams, and other stakeholders to align on business goals and ensure insights drive strategic action will be a key part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize, design, and build advanced analytics solutions for top pharma clients - Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge data-driven commercial solutions - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to align on business goals and ensure insights drive strategic action - Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced analytical models including MMx, promotion response models, sales force sizing, incentive design, and next-best-action models - Translate complex analytical results into clear, compelling business narratives and presentations for diverse audiences - Utilize and champion the use of data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI - Manage external vendor relationships for data delivery and analysis - Manage sizeable teams, provide guidance, and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a direct client-facing role within Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Consulting/Professional Services Outsourcing company - Strong fundamentals on domain, project management, client influencing, and relationship building skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, storytelling, and collaboration skills - Experience with pharma commercial data, pricing analysis, distribution data, segmentation & targeting, driver analysis, indication split, brand performance, omnichannel reporting, time series forecasting, and supply chain analytics - Extensive understanding of processes across pharmaceutical commercial business - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Experience in translating complex analytical results into clear, compelling business narratives and presentations for diverse audiences - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI - Experience in managing sizeable teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance You will be part of a purpose-driven organization that enables healthcare organizations to be future-ready.
