Our approach is characterized by bold actions, nimble decision-making, and industrious work ethics. **Senior Manager - Data & Analytics** **Responsibilities:** - Manage a variety of commercial analytics projects, focusing on marketing mix, customer, and brand performance analytics with expertise. - Utilize popular analytics tools such as Python/R and statistical/data science packages to deliver diverse analytics projects. - Solve complex analytics problems including customer scoring & affinity modeling, customer segmentation, promotion response & marketing mix modeling, customer journey, NBA, and sales force analytics/SFE. - Execute a range of analytics projects spanning data wrangling, AI/ML, business intelligence, ad-hoc analytics, and complex business operations projects based on client requirements. - Provide technical and business leadership to junior team members, preparing them for increased responsibilities. - Collaborate with team members to drive innovation through automation, new ideas, capabilities, and tools. - Lead client communication by providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations via appropriate channels. - Effectively communicate insights and information to various stakeholders through exceptional oral and written skills. **Desired Profile:** - 8 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in managing small and large datasets using Excel/VBA, MS Access/SQL Server, Python/R. - Knowledge of statistics and the ability to run predictive/machine learning models in Python/R. - Capability to automate SFE dashboards/processes in Excel/PPT or other platforms per client requirements. - Experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics is essential. - Strong presentation and communication skills. **Nice to have:** - Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView. - Ability to perform advanced analytics analyses such as regression analysis, clustering, time series modeling, etc. Join us in Bangalore, KA, IN, and be part of a team that is shaping the future of healthcare through technology and innovation.
