Job Summary:

Senior ManagerCloud engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business goals and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

• Infrastructure & Automation

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production systems.

• CI/CD & Monitoring

• Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance.
• Manage incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.

• Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and enforce operational best practices, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering and understanding of best practices.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI, Tekton) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.).
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with managing .Net environments and Kubernetes clusters
