Job Description

You have a well-rounded experience in the US Banking domain with a minimum of 15 years of overall experience. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in leading delivery teams independently. It is important for you to have the ability to engage in clear and concise conversations with both internal and external stakeholders. You should be willing to work in UK/US shifts and showcase a proven track record of implementing transformation, CI, Lean, Six Sigma projects.
