What shall you bring to the table

Phd in a relevant domain is a must
5+ years experience in managing teams (8-12 people), while still doing some hands-on coding
Proven experience in the fields of Machine Learning, data mining, information retrieval and knowledge management
Ability to lead people and effectively collaborate with a variety of teams to bring technology from the idea phase to the market
Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
Combination of strong research engineering skills.
Experience in programming (Python and Java are a plus), machine learning and statistics.
Experience in working in a complex production environment - a plus
Publication record in machine learning or related conferences - a plus.
Experience in Agentic development - a plus
