Acting as the primary HR strategic partner at our Bidar Manufacturing Facility, reporting to Site HR Head, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business goals and foster a positive employee experience at the site.
Implement corporate HR policies, develop stie -specific HR procedures, and ensure compliance with Group standards and local labor laws.
Managing employee life cycle, facilitate new hire onboarding, and lead talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.
Serve as an employee champion, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies and provide support in all the Site-specific Audits from Human Resources.
Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.
