Senior Manager- Ad Operations

As a Senior Manager in Ad Operations based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in implementing and monitoring end-to-end campaign lifecycles. You will be tasked with achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of more than 8 for all engagements under your purview, providing strategic guidance to Sales and Client Engagement teams, and serving as a key partner in the organization's pursuit of annual goals. By identifying improvement areas and implementing effective systems, you will drive delivery effectiveness and efficiency, coordinating with clients to meet their requirements and track suitable metrics for continuous improvement. Collaboration with local and onsite teams, documentation of processes, optimal resource management, and investment in team development will be critical aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in a professional service business. Strong credentials in Operations Management, People Management, and a deep understanding of digital marketing are essential. You must be a self-starter capable of taking on new responsibilities swiftly and have experience in managing large media teams with a solid organizational structure. Previous experience in handling operations for US-based clients, flexibility with night shifts, and readiness to travel abroad for business requirements are also key requirements for this role.
