About This Role

As a Magento Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple products/projects across industries while also managing and maintaining currently live projects. At TeamPumpkin, we want you to grow professionally and provide an environment where you take ownership of the projects you work on.

Responsibilities

Development of new Magento plugins.
Advanced performance optimization for high-traffic environments.
Build APIs that will integrate with all major ERP, CRM, and other systems.
Exposure to large projects for enterprise clients.
Involvement in next-generation technology solutions.
Become a mentor and also be a learner amongst a high-caliber team.
Customize and style the Magento front end/back end.
Magento frontend development including building custom themes and theme integrations.
Build a Magento site from an approved design to a functional storefront.
Able to use CDN (Content Delivery Network) to reduce website loading speeds.
Troubleshooting of integration issues.
Updating website features and security patches.
Write neat, semantic, concise, indented, and thoroughly commented code for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Requirements

B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.E, M.Tech with at least 3 years of experience in developing and delivering software products in a high-intensity and challenging environment.
23 years of Magento development experience.
Has developed at least 2 Magento-based projects from scratch.
Magento extension creation from scratch (without help of module creator).
Knowledge of API integrations.
Magento architecture.
Magento theme integration.
HTML/CSS/JavaScript for theme customization.
Magento back-end customization.
Magento front-end customization.
PHP & MySQL experience needed.
Experience in developing projects on Magento 2.x.
