Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior Cloud AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with AWS Account Managers, solutions architects, and customers to define and scope AI/ML use cases. Your role will involve understanding customer business problems and assisting in implementing AI solutions, including generative AI. You will also be required to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations for business and technical leaders, design and architect state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions, and extract and share best practices, reference architectures, and patterns for reuse within the company. Additionally, you will prototype and validate innovative AI solutions across diverse industry verticals. About the Team: You will be part of a cross-functional team at Aivar that helps AWS customers accelerate the use of AI/ML, Generative AI, and realize transformational business opportunities. The team comprises ML scientists, engineers, architects, and strategists who work with customers step-by-step to build bespoke solutions. Preferred Technical Qualifications: - 10+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure - Experience using managed AI/ML services and solutions - Strong knowledge of Serverless, Analytics, Database, and AI/ML AWS services - Strong experience in applying machine learning models for business application - Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or related language - Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks - Demonstrated track record of learning emerging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies - Experience working across varied business environments - Experience conveying complex subject matter to customers and stakeholders in written and verbal formats - Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and large language models - Portfolio showcasing innovative AI/ML solutions Preferred Soft Skills: - Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams - Exceptional Communication: Skilled at conveying complex AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Innovative Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle unique challenges with innovative AI/ML solutions - Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Capacity to learn and apply emerging AI/ML technologies - Leadership and Mentorship: Experience mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Certifications: - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional - AWS Certified Developer Associate (optional) - AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty - AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty - AWS Certified AI Practitioner (optional but valuable) - AWS Certified Database Specialty (optional but valuable) - AWS Certified Security Specialty (optional but valuable) This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and paid sick time.
